A boat-shaped cottage is located close to Liptovska Mara (a water reservoir, 10 m), near the village of Liptovsky Trnovec, 5 km away from the town of Liptovsky Mikulaš, 1 km away from the Aquapark Tatralandia, where is the largest amusement park in Slovakia called Western City Šikluv Mlyn, and 25 km from the thermal baths in Bešenova.

Total. 10 persons ( 8 beds and 2 extrabeds ).

The cottage offers:
- 2 double bedrooms with extra beds, single toilets and bathrooms
- 2 double bedrooms in the attic above the hall
- Saloon with a fireplace, TV, DVD player, radio and CD player, fully equipped kitchen, fridge, microwave, electric cooker, coffeemaker and a kettle
- Pleasant sitting area on the east and west terrace with a view of Liptovska Mara with sofas and sunbeds

You can spend your leisure time playing a game of table football, darts, board games, or use DVD player, TV, radio or CD player.

Heating: elektric

Little children can stay free of charge in the room of their accompanying adults.

Food: individual or boarding-out, 500 m.

Services: parking place by the cottage, ski storeroom, fire wood for a fee.

Deposit 3000 SKK to be paid on arrival. In case of no damage it is refunded on departure.

Arrivals after 2 p.m./ departures till 10 a.m.

Summer season facilities: fishing at Liptovska Mara, swimming, surfing, yachting, water cycling, cruises, swimming pools in Tatralandia with a hot spring (1 km), thermal baths in Bešenova (25 km), tourism in Kvacianska and Prosiecka valley, cycling.

Winter season facilities: visiting 3 ski centres : Jasná – Nízke Tatry, SKI Park Ružomberok, Roháče – Zverovka, crosscountry skiing near Lipt.Mara.

Natural and cultural monuments: Celtic settlement in Havránok, Demänovské caves in Jasná, The Museum of J. Kráľ in Lipt. Mikulaš, open-air museum in Prybilina, articular church in Sväty Križ.
